The Coronado Junior Woman’s Club is proud to announce a portion of our profits from this year’s A Taste Of Coronado will be benefiting Camp Erin. Celebrating their 20th anniversary this year, Camp Erin is the largest national bereavement program for youth grieving the death of a significant person in their lives.

Children and teens ages 6-17 attend a transformational weekend camp that combines traditional, fun camp activities with grief education and emotional support, free of charge for all families. Led by grief professionals and trained volunteers, Camp Erin provides a unique opportunity for youth to increase levels of hope, enhance self-esteem, and especially to learn that they are not alone.

Camp Erin is offered in every Major League Baseball city as well as additional locations across the U.S. and Canada. Eluna partners with hospices and bereavement organizations to bring hope and healing to thousands of grieving children and teens each year.

Camp Erin allows youth to:

• Tell their story in a safe environment
• Process grief in healthy ways
• Meet friends facing similar circumstances
• Learn they are not alone
• Build a tool-box of coping skills
• Honor and memorialize loved ones
• Have fun!

The Coronado Junior Woman’s club, together with your participation in the 2021 A Taste Of Coronado event, is honored to sponsor local Coronado and San Diego youth who are attending Camp Erin in the future.

We are so grateful for your support of our club, community, Camp Erin, and our local youths. Together, we are making a difference in their lives, through this transformative and healing camp experience.
