KMAC Foundation: The KMAC Foundation for Accessible Sailing in Coronado, using specially adapted sailboats, provides therapeutic, recreational, Corinthian racing and other sailing opportunities for people with disabilities to enhance their mobility, well being and independence. They hold a Regatta in Coronado every April, but also aim to have every regatta with an adaptive sailing fleet. In addition they work with disadvantaged schools in San Diego to get local children learning to sail that would not have the opportunity otherwise. To learn more please visit

Coronado Junior Woman’s Club (CJWC) was founded in 1960 with the mission to unite women who are dedicated to enhancing the spirit of Coronado through educational, civic and philanthropic services. We are a 501 © 3 that provides funding to various organizations in Coronado and San Diego through planning and fundraising by 100% volunteer women.
